Just a hint, a taste, of Virgil Abloh’s latest project: Off-White Paperwork, the brand’s first beauty collection. The promise is that of a beauty that knows how to challenge the boundaries of cosmetics, in which the imagination is the only protagonist.

To describe his idea of ​​beauty, Virgil Abloh often used a metaphor, that of the sandpit. Like a child locked in there, and with all the tools to unleash the imagination, the only thing to do is create whatever comes into his mind. Off-White Paperwork: protagonist fragrances

The beauty vision of Paperwork is clear: the line, in fact, will be genderless, inclusive and artistic. The perfect balance between universal and individual. This is why each product will offer the possibility to create its own unique form of expression, leaving room for creativity.

At the heart of the collection are fragrances, made by Virgil Abloh in collaboration with master perfumers Alexis Dadier, Jerome Epinette and Sidonie Lancesseur. Quattro Solutions, designed to combine imagination and fragrance, inspired by 90s nostalgia and natural and earthy elements.

Solution No. 1for example, it is a fragrance inspired by infinite colors, smells and textures of the sand. It is characterized by notes of Ho Wood, Agreement of Sand and Patchouli, symbols of different cultures and coasts around the world. Conversely, Solution No. 2 plays with notes energizing and surprising like those of Mandarin and Orange Blossom Leavesunite a Vetiver and cedar wood.

Enclosed in sculpted glass bottles inspired by the handles of industrial perfume containers, Solution No. 3 combines musk, ambrette and Damask rose. Solution No. 4, infine, tells streetwear with a combination of eucalyptus, lavender and woods. The future? It is still all to be written.
